They then provide you with a detailed report outlining recommendations and tips to prepare and stage your own home for sale.

Included in the report is advice on the exterior presentation of your home from the curb to the backyard, a room-by-room analysis of furniture and accessory placement and consolidation, color consultation and clean-up advice.
