Karen Pfeiffer Bush, Accredited Staging Professional and owner of Housewarming,
has staged homes selling for a combined value of over 10 million dollars. The goal of
Housewarming’s style of staging is to prepare your home for market by de-cluttering
it, furnishing it to flatter your home’s best features and to appeal to the greatest range
of buyers.

“I begin every project by viewing the home from the street to analyze what I can see and
more importantly what I can’t see,” explains Karen. Looking at everything through the eyes of
a buyer, I study every corner, cubby and candlestick. During staging, I step in and out of a room
to constantly assess the view from the door. A buyer should focus on the home, imagining
themselves living here, rather than focusing on family portraits or a prized collection of cat statues.
We address texture, color and furniture placement, which are key for the buyer to start ‘mentally moving in’. I love staging homes. My clients realize the full potential of their investments.“
